WILMINGTON FULLY INVOLVED HOUSE FIRE 9/26/2011

Wilmington, Whitingham, West Dover and East Dover Firefighters battled this fully involved house fire on 9/26/2011 at Upper Dam Rd in the Chimney Hill section of town. Dispatchers on duty were Lt.
