Record Requests

Per SWNHDFMA policy, all requests for inspection, copies or release of records shall be handled by the Chief Coordinator or their designee(s.) The Chief Coordinator or designee shall process requests in accordance with established records request procedures and applicable State law(s):
- New Hampshire RSA 91-A
- Vermont Public Records Law 1 V.S.A. §§ 315–320
