The West Dover Fire Department regrets to announce the passing of retired firefighter Patrick E. Mulhall. There will be no calling hours. The funeral service will be held tomorrow, August 23 at 1100 at St. Michael’s Church in Brattleboro. There will be a gathering following the service at the Quality Inn on Route 5 in Brattleboro.
