2007 HILLSBORO FIRE-EMS BALLOON FEST & FAIR PARADE

Sunday July 15,2007Line up starting at 10:30am at the Hillsboro-Deering Elementary School. Parade to start at noon. Juding of apparatus will be done between lineup and the start of the parade.
