Do you want to support your local businesses and help out the Sullivan Fire Company? There is a way to make this happen. The Sullivan Fire Company began the year trying to solicit donations for their third annual October calendar raffle, but with the economic impact due to the covid-19 pandemic, they are facing a major shortfall. Businesses have also been hit hard and are doing their best to get by.
Here's where you can help... You can support your favorite local restaurant or business by purchasing a gift card, gift certificate, or promissory note of service, valued at $10 or more. Then in turn help the Sullivan Fire Company by donating those items to be prizes for their October calendar raffle. This gives store owners the revenue they need and the donations Sullivan Fire Company requires for their raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will be used to support the operations of the Sullivan Fire Department.
To turn in donated items, please mail them to Sullivan Fire Company 440 Center Street Sullivan New Hampshire 03445.
Alternatively if you would rather schedule a prize pickup time please call the Station at 847-9020, leave a message and someone will call to make arrangements. We ask that all donations be to the station by June 24th. Prizes should be able to fit in an envelope, and we ask that they be family appropriate, (please no Alcohol, Tobacco, controlled substance, or adult entertainment oriented). Lastly our raffle is held for the entire month of October so winners need to be able to redeem prizes at least until the end of the year if they must have an expiration date.
