The Meadowood Training Center will be celebrating its 55th year as aTraining Center with its September Fire School to be held Sept. 25 and 26, 2010. Classes being offered are PPE/SCBA, Basic Pumps, Haz-Mat Operations Refresher, and the Dive Team is offering a PADI class. If you have any questions, you can contact Asst. Chief Win Wright at 585-6808. The members of the Dept. are putting on a Pig Roast on Sat. Sept. 25, 2010 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Tickets are $10.00 for the Pig or if you prefer $5.00
for hamburger/hot dogs. Tickets can be purchased from a Meadowood member. This will be a great time to reminisce about the past and plan for the future.

Per Diem Firefighters Wanted
The Bellows Falls Fire Department is recruiting Per Diem firefighters to work night coverage shifts. The shift is from 22:00 to 06:00 on a rotating schedule. Firefighters interested in these positions must be certified Firefighter 1 (either VT or NH) and must meet all Vermont OSHA regulations.
