"WIRES DOWN"
A picture of one of the many "wires down" calls that the dispatch center handled yesterday 11/24/2013. This was on Chesham Rd. in Dublin. Photo by Deputy Sangermano. During the height of the wind from 09:30 to 17:30, the day shift, Lt. Whipple, Dispatcher Gilman and Dispatcher Moore dispatched 71 calls, most of them for wind related emergencies.
